Sam's (sorry EDGE) had an Igloo Sportsman rotomolded cooler a few yrs back.

I picked one up in the 55qt variety for $200 I believe. The cooler is AWESOME and it's made in the USA. I fill it up with about 25 pounds of ice on Thursday, leave in the boat (on a lift that gets full sun 4 hours a day) all weekend and there are still ice pieces in it Monday when I drain it and restock whatever didn't get consumed over the weekend. It has a 2" drain plug for quick draining too!

I have a slightly smaller Yeti 45 (37 qts) that undoubtedly holds ice longer, but I really don't need that. The Igloo does everything I need and is a lot cheaper.

edit: found a video comparison of the two.
